Security & Database
• All functionality in TK Pro® is controlled by user security. Security is broken down into two sections; Security Groups and User Security. Users are added to a Security Group, adopting all permissions assigned to that group. Individual users can then have specific permissions set for them in the User Security:
o Add New Security Group(s)
o Create new user(s)
o Remove user(s)
o Active Directory
• Database Asset Structure – Ability to Add New Units, Systems, Assets. Ability to remove same
