Lockout Tagout Permit Module
TK Pro® uses STANDARDS [TEMPLATES] to help standardize the lockout-tagout (LOTO) process, improve accuracy, improve safety and reduces the labor associated with each LOTO event. STANDARDS allow TK Pro to generate all of the required safety paperwork and tags in as little as 3 mouse clicks. Key LOTO functionality in TK Pro® is:
• Common Tag – With this option enabled, you will receive a notification when an action is attempted on an Isolation Point that is common with another active Permit
• Lock Boxes / Locks
• Unique Lock Boxes – With this option enabled, when a lock box number is selected it is taken out of rotation so it cannot be used on another Permit until the Permit using the lock-box is complete
• Verification Requirements
• Procedure Tab – Insert Links to files, also insert Pictures
• Testing – Ability to shift a specific isolation point in test mode
• Import Tags – Ability to search entire the entire database of approved Isolation Points for importing
• Lost Key – Used to report a lost lock key and reason
