• All functionality in TK Pro® is controlled by user security. Security is broken down into two sections; Security Groups and User Security. Users are added to a Security Group, adopting all permissions assigned to that group. Individual users can then have specific permissions set for them in the User Security:
o Add New Security Group(s)
o Create new user(s)
o Remove user(s)
o Active Directory

CMMS/EAM Link Module

• TK Pro® has the ability to be linked to a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)/Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) to pull information from active Work Orders into any type of permit. TK Pro® can link to multiple CMMS/EAM databases at once
• Creating a Permit from an Active Work Order
• Complete user defined queries for what CMMS/EAM fields are pulled
• Ability to map any CMMS/EAM field that is pulled over to any field inside of TK Pro

Confined Space Permit Module

• Hazard Analysis – includes Personal Protective Equipment, Hazards, Atmospheric Hazards, Safety Precautions, Means of Access, Pre- Entry Actions and Rescue Protocol
• Reclassifying Permit – With this option enabled you have the ability to reclassify the Confined Space. Some examples of reclassification are Non-Permit Required and Alternate Procedure Required.
• Continuation – Ability to extend the permit for set duration of days/hours. This gives you the ability to keep the Permit # the same but simply “Continue/Extend” the existing permit.
• Ability to track Test Equipment for Atmospheric Monitoring. Allows tracking of equipment to make sure it is always in spec.

Safety Procedure Permit Module

Common Tag Module

  • The application provides for the use of a “common” tag module for all active LOTOs
  • The common tag feature ensure notification of all associated [or common] tags being used on the same isolation device.
  • In tracking the common tag relationships at the designated isolation point the application will track the isolation position to ensure alignment compliance
  • One key area of notification via the common tag module is notification if temporary lift takes place
