TK PRO® FEATURES

TK Pro® offers extensive features as related to the various safety permitting processes used in all industries today. TK Pro® provides “modules” that can be turned on/off depending on the needs of your facility.  Some of the key features/safety permit modules are: Lockout-Tagout (LOTO), Permit to Work (PTW), Safe Work Permit (SWP), Line Break Permit, Energized Electrical Work Permit (EEWP), Confined Space Permit (CSP), Hot Work Permit (HWP) and much, much more. The flexibility of TK Pro® development platform allows for expansion of new features easily and often. We work closely with our clients to provide an application that is “process centric” which aligns the TK Pro® features to your desired safety permitting process “end state” to help automate, streamline, improve efficiency and ultimately increase safety at your facility!  All safety permits include:

• Standards/Templates – Ability to create a set of approved standards/templates to be used for repetitive tasks. (I.e. outages, maintenance items, etc…)
• Ability to choose multiple Electronic Status(s) (approved, issued, denied and closed)
• Ability to attach to or derive from any other Safety Permit (depending on license type purchased)
• Color Coded Index
• History/logging for all actions after a safety permit has been “activated”

• Ability to customize languages on any terms used in the program to meet your needs
• Ability to convert into different languages – translation terms can be changed to meet your needs.
